Woman's cap of white machine-made net with a tamboured pattern in white cotton of medium large flowers and floral sprays on the crown, an undulating floral train around the brim and florets on the band above the nape. Faced and trimmed with narrow pink ribbon. The caul is gathered to attach to a deep forehead band which extends into two points under the chin. The lower part of the crown is straight but shaped with two bands of narrow pink ribbon which run through worked eyelets to fasten at the centre back and adjust the shape.
