5 lines, 34 char., Pali, Burmese tamarind-seed large script in black lacquer.
Paginated with Burmese letters.
Interlines: decorated with scrolling foliate patterns on a fine hatch-stroke ground.
Borders: decorated with a row of beads.
Middle folio margins: 18 mm.; decorated with a repeating lotus leaf pattern.
First folio recto & Final folio verso: decorated with a row of 5 cartouche with karaweik within multiple geometric & foliate borders.
First folio verso; Final folio recto; Second Folio recto & Penultimate folio verso: all with text within margins (126 mm.) decorated with a karaweik within a cartouche.
A pair of shaped wood kyan (binding-boards). Dark red lacquered and gilded. Decorated with a row of 8 medallions containing floral and foliate patterns. Probably unrelated to the folios.
