This relief is a sketch model for an altarpiece, depicting the assumption of the Virgin. It is rectangular in shape with semi-circular arched top. The Virgin is shown seated in clouds attended by two flying cherubs and, above, the Holy Ghost; below her is a ring of cherubs singing and playing musical instuments, while at the base kneeling on clouds of adoration are, to the left and right, the figures of S. Dominic and S. Anthony of Padua. The relief is described as the property of Avvocato dal Castel at belluno and is said to have come from the chapel of the Villa Doglioni dal Mas.
