Gallery label
'Pyroceram' is the trademark used for hotel/restaurant wares, of which the domestic equivalent was 'Centura' (production ceased 1978). Pyroceram was originally Corning's generic term/brand name for their glass-ceramic compositions which they brought to the market in 1958. The is a Corning 'in-house' design.
