This is a silvered electrotype medal made in 19th century England. This medal was copied from the 18th century original. The obverse of this medal represents aged Hercules crowned by Pallas and Victory and the words, "Order of merit, estab, MDCCLXXXVIII." The reverse shows a rose within the Garter, rayed and crowned, and the words "Military Virtue Rewarded VIIth Regt of Royal Fusiliers." This medal has a swivel and ribbon.
