This relief medallion representing Apollo and Daphne was probably made by Paulus Van Vianen in Netherlands, in the late 16th or early 17th century. This is in wax on wood. This is almost identical with one of three lead plaques in the Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam (inv. 10944) from which this could be derived.
