Physical description

Dish of earthenware painted in brown with the portrait of Giuseppe Garibaldi, an Italian military and political figure. Surrounded by a border which is filled with four figures, one holding a book inscribed 'ITALIA AB [LI]BERATA', one bears a trumpet, another has a map of Italy and the fourth grasps a serpent.
