Vase of porcelain transfer-printed with black enamel and over-painted with enamels with the initials 'V.R.I.' under the crown and with a ribbon inscribed '60TH YEAR OF REIGN OF OUR BELOVED QUEEN'. Ovoid body with an expanding mouth and gilt edge.
