Base sherd of a reddish earthenware potstand or lamp, the exterior coated in a cream slip and painted with a beige and black vine leaf design. The interior surface is coated with bitumen.

vessel in coarse reddish ware coated with a yellow slip and decorated on the front with a band filled with coarsly drawn large vine scroll in black . Outline heightened in white, interior covered with black paint.
