Gift of Gerald Reitlinger, 49 Glebe Place, Chelsea, London. Gerald Roberts Reitlinger (1900-1978) was an art historian, who in 1930-1, was part of an archaeological excavation at Kish in the Near East financed by the Field Museum, Chicago and in 1932 at Al-Hirah, financed by Oxford.
