Figure in soft-paste porcelain of Erato, muse of lyric and love poetry, accompanied by Cupid. The draped figure sits on a mound with, to the right, the incised inscription 'Eraton for the Love'. She turns to her left to look down on Cupid, and rests her left hand on his shoulder as he stands gazing up at her. She golds a wreath in her right hand. He holds a bow. Flowers in relief on the ground between them.
