Dish of shallow circular form, the soft-paste porcelain with a slightly blue glaze. On low footrim of square section. The decoration is in the Chinese style, painted in vivid underglaze blue. In the centre is a Chinese scroll decorated with flowering shrubs and a band of diaper at one end. On either side of the scroll are painted stylised branches with blossom and Chinese emblems. A border of diaper broken by four cartouches with stylised fruit and foliage runs around the rim. Underneath the rim are painted three long twigs.

Physical description
Dish of shallow circular form, the soft-paste porcelain with a slightly blue glaze. On low footrim of square section. The decoration is in the Chinese style, painted in vivid underglaze blue.
