Jug of porcelain painted with enamels, gilded and moulded in relief. Egg-shaped body moulded with a cabbage-leaf pattern. Cylindrical neck, lip moulded with a bearded mask, and scroll handle. In the front is a shield of arms (argent on a chevron between three martlets sable a griffin's head erased between two trefoils slipped or) with crest a boar's head couped and erect, between two branches and flanked by two sprays of flowers. Round the neck is a formal border with festoons and sprigs all in blue and gold.
