Porcelain candlestick with glass shade. The candlestick has a gilt scrolled handle and perforated socket, and is painted round the tray with a landscape containing a cottage, river, boats, and two men fishing. The shade is bell-shaped and painted with a band containing a landscape, bridge, ruin and cows, on the border of a lake with distant mountains; round the rim and lower part are cut floral borders.
