Cup and Saucer

Cup and saucer of bone china. The cup in the form of an inverted truncated cone with loop handle formed of two interlacing foliated stems. Both pieces are coloured brown on the outside and are decorated inside with a coronet, surmounted by a lion and encircled by a wreath of flowers. Inside the rim of both pieces is a border of gilt conventional ornament, and outside the cup are the national floral emblems.

Physical description
Cup and saucer of bone china. The cup in the form of an inverted truncated cone with loop handle formed of two interlacing foliated stems. Both pieces are coloured brown on the outside and are decorated inside with a coronet, surmounted by a lion and encircled by a wreath of flowers. Inside the rim of both pieces is a border of gilt conventional ornament, and outside the cup are the national floral emblems.
