Physical description

Fruit dish of soft-paste porcelain painted with enamels and gilded in imitation of Meissen porcelain. Circular in shape with slightly fluted sides. In the middle is a bouquet and detached sprigs of flowers, and round the rim are four narrow panels of crimson scale-pattern edged with scrolls in slight relief, and gilt floral sprays.
