Covered cup and saucer of hard-paste porcelain. Beaker shape with handle moulded as a twig with flowers and leaves. Ogivally curved cover with knob modelled as a flower. Painted with roundels containing Boucher-style putti in grey-green camaïeu against pink skies and framed by engraved gilt laurel wreaths. Scattered crimson-purple flowers with gilt foliage. Gilt dentil ornament at edges.

Physical description
Covered cup and saucer of hard-paste porcelain. Beaker shape with handle moulded as a twig with flowers and leaves. Ogivally curved cover with knob modelled as a flower. Painted with roundels containing Boucher-style putti in grey-green camaïeu against pink skies and framed by engraved gilt laurel wreaths. Scattered crimson-purple flowers with gilt foliage. Gilt dentil ornament at edges.
