Blouse of white embroidered cotton with a front opening fastening with one button through a loop at the neck. The fabric is gathered tightly at the neck. The sleeves are gathered at the shoulder and into a deep frill at the cuff. There is a band of black and white embroidery halfway down each sleeve with stylised floral motifs. The cuffs are vandyked and are decorated with floral motifs worked in black and white cotton and openwork through which the turquoise and pink facings can be seen.
