Dress front of chemical lace and with a deep bib in front narrowing to fasten at the back of the neck. Most of the pattern is of a repeating design of small daisy-like flowers. There is a narrow geometric border towards the outer edge which is gently scalloped. Scooped neck bound in black tape and there are hooks and eyes fasteners. On the left side are four black velvet bows attached, and there are signs that there were similar bows on the opposite side.
