Skirt panel of black machine-made lace with black satin appliqué. The lace forms a small-patterned background of stylised flowers with thick outlining thread on a net ground. Three scalloped rows of black satin shamrock-shaped motifs cross the width of the panel. It has one main seam and various gathers towards the waist.
