FILOFAX PERSONAL ORGANIZER, "WINCHESTER" Filofax, England Black calf leather with fill 1990 Designed in 1921 and steadily sold for fifty years, the Filofax expanded into the mass market through a direct mail campaign in the 1970s. By 1987 the Filofax had become a successful cult object adopted by the fashion conscious.
