Table cloth of linen damask. With a nine inch border of stylised acanthus with an outer decorative guard stripe edge. Within that is another deep acanthus scroll incorporating the figures of gods - Neptune in a chariot at each corner, Juno with a peacock and, possibly, Jove's eagle, repeated twice on each long side. Mars is in the centre of each short side. In the centre of the cloth is a large figure of Diana with bow and quiver in a chariot drawn by two stags over Japanese-style clouds, the whole about two by two and a half feet. The rest of the centre of the cloth is scattered with eight-pointed stars in varying sizes. Satin of 5. In one corner is embroidered, in red cross-stitch, the number '4' followed by 'G.E.F.'
