Cap panel of black silk velvet, embroidered with silver-gilt thread, copper-gilt spangles and beads. The embroidery is raised by being worked over cardboard. Two cornucopiae from which issue stems of roses, with a flowering plant between, on a ground covered with spangles. On back there is a canvas pasted lining and piece of paper printed in German.
