Honiton bobbin lace applied to machine-made net. In each corner there is a large spray of formalised flowers and leaves with tendrils and drooping, looped motifs. A wavy trail of similar flowers and leaves lies along each side. There is also a border of festoons with loops above, scallops below and sprays of formal leaves and flowers at intervals.
