Border of bobbin lace with an open rococo design of a wavy line composed of formalised leaves and flowers intertwining with a line of scrolls and curves to form a series of compartments. The latter contains, alternately, a spray of three loved leaves and a sprig of three trefoils, and various open work fillings are used to complete the design.
