Three pieces of sleeve trimming of Mechlin lace. Bobbin-made footing on the lower edge and the upper is gently scalloped. The pattern repeat (7.5 inches) shows two birds, one presenting the other with a spray of flowers held in its beak, and more flowers and cartouches with various fillings scroll around the birds, and there is a small butterfly.
