Medal depicts on the obverse the bust to the left of Castaldi, beardless, wearing a cuirass. Inscription. On the reverse a woman, wearing a cuirass shaped to the body, seated at the foot of a post on which is a trophy of arms. On the left a small recumbent figure of a river god personifying the river Marisch. Inscription.
