This medal is a marriage medal for a Golden Wedding and is made by René Baudichon.
Baudichon (1878-1963) was a sculptor and medallist. The artist studied at the École des Beaux-Arts in Tours, and graduated from the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris.
The Golden Marriage commemorated on this medal was of Léon Faure Beaulieu and Marie Servant, on 22 Septembre 1922.

Obverse: at right an elderly couple are seated under an oak tree, both look to the left where a path winds through a landscape setting to distant classical buildings. At the left foreground Baudichon depicts uncut wheat. Signed.
Reverse: Naked figure of a child reaches to pick fruit from the overhanging branches of a tree. Inscribed.
