This medal commemorating the Franco British Exhibition 1908, is made by Frank Bowcher in England in 1908.
Frank Bowcher (1864-1938) was a Britsh medallist and sculptor, who has studied at the National Training School under Edward Onslow Ford and in Paris, where he was influenced by the work of Jules-Clément Chaplain and Oscar Roty.
