Statue St Michael. Wood, English 15th century.
Physical description
Statue of St. Michael in oak. The saint treads the dragon underfoot and the dragon is trying to clutch at a saved soul, represented by a naked man clinging to the saint's left shoulder. St. Michael's right arm is missing.
