This Byzantine medallion was probably made in the 6th or 7th century. This is in copper partly covered with a light green patina and represents Christ enthroned.

Physical description
Medallion in copper depicting Christ enthroned. Christ sits in a mandorla supported by two flying angels. Below stand the twelve apostles. The whole enclosed in a dotted bead border. In dull brass coloured, partly covered with a light green patina. The edge has been broken away in two places.
