Medallion, gilt copper. Obverse depicts a bust of Pope Alexander VII in profile to the left. Reverse depicts a troop of riders (the Cavalcade of Queen Christine of Sweden) passing through a gateway (Porta del Popolo). To the right the church of S.M del Popolo. Above FEL(ICI) FAVS(TOQUE) INGRES(SVI). Mounted on a loop for suspension.
