This bronze medal depicts Pope Clement X, wearing the berrettino, the mozzetto on his shoulders and an embroidered stole. On the reverse side there is an allegorical figure of Ceres with a cornucopia seated under a tree and with gleaners in the distance.

The medal refers to Clement's apostolic care in providing the papal states with corn during the famine.
