This bronze medal depicts Pope Clement XII, to the right, wearing the berrettino, the mozzetto on his shoulders and an embroidered stole. On the reverse side Clement is shown receiving mothers and their children. The medal commemorates the Pope's generoaisty and enlargements to the hospital and home of St. Spirito.

Clement XII was Pope from 1730 to 1740.
