This bronze medal depicts Pope Clement XIII, to the left, wearing the berrettino, the mozzetto on his shoulders and an embroidered stole. A figure representing Charity is shown on the reverse side, emptying a cornucopia. The eye of God appears above her.

Clement XIII was Pope from 1758 to 1769.

Reverse side, allegorical figure of Charity standing and emptying a cornucopia with the eye of God above and the inscription DEDIT PAVPERIBVS.
