This bronze medal depicts Pope Clement XIII, to the left, wearing the berrettino, the mozzetto on his shoulders and an embroidered stole. A figure representing Charity is shown on the reverse side, emptying a cornucopia. The eye of God appears above her.

Clement XIII was Pope from 1758 to 1769.

Physical description

Medal, bronze. Obverse side, bust to left of Clement, wearing the berrettino, the mozzetto on the shoulders and an embroidered stole with the inscription CLEM. XIII. P. M. A. N. I. Reverse side, allegorical figure of Charity standing and emptying a cornucopia with the eye of God above and the inscription DEDIT PAVPERIBVS.
