This bronze medal by Messrs Elkington & Co. commemorates the visit of William II, Emperor of Germany to the City of London. The reception at the Guildhall took place on 10 July and the royal family including the Prince and Princess of Wales attended.

Bronze medal, visit of the Emperor of Germany to the City of London. English, 1891.
Physical description
Obv., conjoined busts of the Emperor and Empress of Germany right, the Emperor in the uniform of the cuirassiers. Rev., Londinia standing, left hand pointing to the shipping in the Thames, the right resting upong a low throne on which Germania is seated. British lion below the throne with two doves and the inscription.
