Physical description
Obverse: Four winged allegorical figures, all left facing flying over the skyline of Brussels. From left, Ingenium holds a flaming cup, Intellectus holds a book, Ars holds a statuette, Industria holds a cog. A banner around is inscribed.
Reverse: a semi-nude allegorical female figure flying from left to right on a cloud, holds a garland of flowers, a laurel wreath and a palm leaf above a rectangular and convex shape. Inscription.
