This medal depicting St. Michael and the Devil is made possibly by a founder called J. Fisch, in Belgium in ca. 1951.
the medal depicts the winged St. Michael in armour, with a round shield and a cross in his left arm held up to his chest and with a sword pointing downwards in his right hand. He stands on the shoulders of Satan, whose hands are chained together. On the reverse is a town's skyline centred on a church with a tall spire in front of a rising sun.
