Physical description
Group, terracotta. Borne on a seahorse which moves to the left are the figures of a young merman (left) and a mermaid (right). They are shown frontally, with their arms round each others shoulders, looking upwards and towards each other. The mermaid holds a child under her left arm. The base is modelled as water and weeds. Possibly associated with Jan Baptist Xavery.
