Snuff box of hard-paste porcelain. Oval, waisted shape. Gold mounts with shell-shaped thumb piece. Sea-green ground with lobed reserves painted in enamel colours with chinoiserie figures in landscapes. On the bottom, a panel of purple diaper with reserved oriental flowers in blue, iron-red and yellow. Gilt interior.

Snuff box of hard-paste porcelain. Oval, waisted shape. Gold mounts with shell-shaped thumb piece. Sea-green ground with lobed reserves painted in enamel colours with chinoiserie figures in landscapes. On the bottom, a panel of purple diaper with reserved oriental flowers in blue, iron-red and yellow. Gilt interior.
