Break-front wardrobe in solid rosewood with carved and applied details. In the centre bay below a vase form finial, double doors faced with a zig-zag, terminating in vases at the top and at the base, above a column of four full-width graduated doors. Inside, at the top three sliding shelves with pairs of turned handles below a blind classical lunette of reeded variations. Narrower side bays with doors of similar design and interiors for hanging. Convex skirting with lotus pattern in relief in Asia-inspired taste, at the front and sides.

Gothic style wardrobe with three pointed arches and finials above, possibly Indian, 1820-1850
Physical description
Break-front wardrobe in solid rosewood with carved and applied details. In the centre bay below a vase form finial, double doors faced with a zig-zag, terminating in vases at the top and at the base, above a column of four full-width graduated doors.
