Carved coral head of Omphale wearing a lion's head, with a diamond set centrally in gold above and three smaller diamonds hanging on chains below. The gold back is decorated with gold wire and grains. The chain of ridged gold links passes through the mount for the upper diamond, and fastens in a clasp with similar decoration and set with a single diamond.
