Dressing case decorated in coloured straw-work. It is of oblong shape, the lid having sloping sides. The top is decorated with a representation of a quay and harbour and the front bears the arms of the United Provinces between the figures of two indigenous people. At the sides and back are military and naval subjects. A mirror is fitted into the underside of the lid and below is a tray split into compartments of various shapes, all decorated with straw-work. Underneath is another tray, divided into compartments.

Physical description
Dressing case decorated in coloured straw-work. It is of oblong shape, the lid having sloping sides.
