Cameo

ca. 1870 (made)
Artist/Maker
Place of origin

This is an unmouted cameo, larger but similar in style to those mounted on a pair of earrings, M.108:1&2-2007 with which it has been been donated. Perhaps the original owner acquired five cameos and had four of them mounted in the earrings, but did not have the fifth mounted in, for example, a brooch.
