Object history | The blazon has a pen box on the middle field. Mayer identified the owner as Tashtimur, who served al-Malik al-Ashraf Sha'ban as Dawadar between his accession in 1363 and 1370, when Tashtimur was promoted to Viceroy of Egypt. |
