Slip of canvas embroidered in silks in shades of green, yellow, pink, cream, brown and black in tent stitch. The ground is unworked except for an experimental patch of shaded tent stitch in cream, pink and red silk. The edges are turned and hemmed with linen thread. The slip depicts a slightly curved spray of dog roses. The stem is cut at the bottom.
