The design is worked in monochrome blue-green and consists of four niches or arcades, each of which contains one floral sprig (honeysuckle, tulip, pomegranate, and lily). Every other floral sprig hangs from the top of the inside; the others rise from the base. The flowers are stylised in the Stuart manner.
