Parchment pattern for bobbin lace. Broad parchment pricked with a fine mesh ground and a deep border of two rows of irregular floral cartouches (to be worked in cloth stitch), some of which are pricked with honeycomb and other diaper fillings. The main ground is scattered with simple trefoils. The pattern is outlined in ink, and shows two full repeats. The parchment is attached to two tabs for securing it to the pillow.
