Length of metallic bobbin lace made with silver thread and silver twist. It has a slightly scalloped lower edge and each scallop is fitted with a fan shape worked in silver strip. It has a simple mesh ground of interlaced threads.

The lace was attached to an altered eighteenth century dress made from silk.
